Once a purchase has been made via TurfWarehouseUSA.com, a return and/or refund request can be made within 90 days of purchase through our claims process.
 
The following is a basic summary of our claim policy. These are based upon policies from the various mills we represent.
    1. Claims must be filed within ninety (90) days of purchase.
    2. Claims will be considered for manufacturing defects only.
    3. Claims for labor in connection with replacement may not be considered.
    4. Customers and installers are encouraged to open one box for original inspection of products, prior to opening all boxes, where applicable.
    5. Customers and installers are responsible for ensuring that style, size, and color are correct BEFORE cutting and installing.
    6. Claims will not be considered for visible manufacturing defects or incorrect color after the merchandise has been cut or installed.
    7. Claims will not be considered for merchandise sold as second quality irregular, remnants, or at a substantial discount from list price.
    8. Claims will not be considered for merchandise damaged through improper storage, maintenance or improper installation.
    9. Claims will not be considered for pattern sidematch of printed merchandise. (i.e. commercial prints)
    10. Claims for freight damage, visible or concealed, are to be filed wth the carrier.
    11. Our receipt from the carrier acknowledges that they received merchandise in good condition.
    12. In no case shall Turf Warehouse claims liablity exceed our customer's cost of the merchandise.
    13. Color may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot. Claims will not be considered for color variations within accepted tolerances.
    14. Merchandise may not be returned unless authorized by your salesperson.
    15. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be authorized by your salesperson.
    16. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Installation
The installer used to install your product may have been engaged on your behalf through Turf Warehouse as a convience to you, our customer. The installer is not an employee, agent, or representative of Turf Warehouse, and is solely liable for the quality of their work and actions.
 
Filing a Claim
You may submit your claim to Turf Warehouse by completing this form.

Changes to this Policy
Due to changes in legislation and best practice or enhancements to functionality and content, Turf Warehouse may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes to this policy by placing a notice on our public Web site, TurfWarehouseUSA.com, and accordingly, you should check here from time to time.
